Reward and HRIS Manager

In addition to the strategic piece, you will also have operational responsibility for day-to-day reward management, running the annual pay review process, contributing to pay negotiations with union representatives and leading on reward related policies. You will also ensure the HR system is maintained and utilised effectively, and that the business can rely on accurate HR analytics.
Your experience of managing annual pay cycles, benchmarking and job evaluation will be a major benefit to our client. Your relationship management skills will enable you to work closely with the business and suppliers, and effectively manage a small team. Knowledge of managing HR Systems and getting the most out of People Analytics will be beneficial.
