Oakleaf are working with a global Insurance firm on a Workday Analyst role, this is a 12 month contract reporting into the Head of HRIS. This role will provide HRIS & MI Support service for the global HRIS (Workday) to key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutions

Support the Head of HRIS in key strategic projects and module deployments globally

Maintenance of the Workday system utilising the available functionality and support the drive for automation and process improvements where applicable

Resolve queries being raised, resolve where possible or liaise with 3rd party support agent

Ensure annual events are delivered accurately and on time

Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's

Maintain the existing HR Systems (Workday, Sage, Cornerstone) integrations with fully documented process maps and instructions

Provide the management information provision for the business utilising Workday

The successful candidate will have:

Workday configuration experience, ideally with knowledge of the HCM and advanced compensation modules

Excellent HR Systems, HR policies and process knowledge

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and complex data

Experience of UAT system testing

Strong analytical skills
