Oakleaf are working with a global Insurance firm on a Workday Analyst role, this is a 12 month contract reporting into the Head of HRIS. This role will provide HRIS & MI Support service for the global HRIS (Workday) to key stakeholders. Key responsibilities:Assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutionsSupport the Head of HRIS in key strategic projects and module deployments globallyMaintenance of the Workday system utilising the available functionality and support the drive for automation and process improvements where applicableResolve queries being raised, resolve where possible or liaise with 3rd party support agentEnsure annual events are delivered accurately and on timePerform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB'sMaintain the existing HR Systems (Workday, Sage, Cornerstone) integrations with fully documented process maps and instructionsProvide the management information provision for the business utilising WorkdayThe successful candidate will have:Workday configuration experience, ideally with knowledge of the HCM and advanced compensation modulesExcellent HR Systems, HR policies and process knowledgeExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsA high degree of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to build and maintain stakeholder relationshipsComfortable working with spreadsheets and complex dataExperience of UAT system testingStrong analytical skills Please get in touch for more information.
