HR Business Partner
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who will enjoy working in the professional sector who are undertaking an Organisation Design programme to enhance the services provided to their internal/external customers.
Your new role will allow you to work as a true commercial HR Business Partner working with the Executive team across a diverse client group of 200 staff, reporting to the Head of Human Resources. You will have responsibility for an HR Advisor and your remit will mainly be project focused including recruitment of an Executive Director, involvement in a new incentive scheme aligned to Towers Watson and reshaping part of business division.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a proven track record of working as an HR Business Partner in a change environment, where there is a demand for high expectations and you have been able to demonstrate 'added value'. Strong commercial acumen is essential along with the capability of being pragmatic and providing alternative business solutions to meet business requirements.
