Senior HR Change Consultant
My Glasgow based client are looking for a senior change management professional to support the people function during a large organisation-wide change programme. You'll support with organisation design, culture change, restructures and delivering change.

My client are going through a period of huge change and restructure. As a result they need additional support in the team. The Senior HR Change Consultant will lead on several workstreams for this restructure. They will support with:
- organisation design
- monitoring budgets & headcounts
- driving & leading change programmes
The Senior HR Change Consultant will draw on support for the wider HR team for the delivery of this work.
The Senior HR Change Consultant will have:
- excellent stakeholder management skills
- strong project management experience
- significant organisation design and restructure experience
- prior success delivering change
A 12-month contract with excellent salary and benefits.
