With an annual turnover of over £22m, we provide invaluable care and support to over 6,000 people across the five London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to take lead responsibility for delivering an excellent people operational service to the business that is compliant and progressive. Partnering with senior leaders this role will proactively drive organisational and cultural transformation. The successful individual will lead on data and analytics reporting and will actively contribute to the ongoing development and achievement of the People & Workforce Development Strategy as well as being responsible for leading, coaching and developing our People Team Leads whilst ensuring that the HR Directorate operates a quality service to all of its customers at all times.
You will be a HR professional, who is MCIPD qualified and who has had considerable operational experience working in a generalist role within a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a strong track record of delivering on a range of HR and Development objectives and priorities. You will be experienced and comfortable in operating within the grey (the work is rarely black and white!) You will also be comfortable routinely role modelling St Christopher’s principles, behaviours and values.
