***URGENT ROLE*** Henlee Resourcing is working with a niche SME based near Abingdon to source 2x Resourcers / Recruitment Administrators to join their team.

 

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in the provision of recruitment administration and resourcing to a fast paced sales business.

This role will expose you to all things recruitment - advertising, recruitment marketing and social media, pitching opportunites to candidates, networking and lead generation, building talent pools and supporting the team with all associated administration (CV editing, writing interview notes etc).

Suitable applicants MUST be confident speaking to people of all levels, over the phone and face to face, pitching various opportunities within the IT and engineering sector. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with little supervision (once trained) and, be able multi-task and prioritise conflicting demands using your own initiative. You must have good attention to detail and strong IT skills and are beneficial.
