We're currently working on an HR Assistant position within financial services. Our client- an Asset Management business, have a very fast-paced, dynamic and energetic culture and would be looking for someone that has worked in HR for circa 2 years in a similarly busy environment.

Sat within an HR generalist team of 5 (wider HR team of 15), the HR Assistant is a first line point of contact to the business. Liaising with Senior Managers and employees daily, it is an open culture and you will need to have gravitas and confidence to succeed there.

The HR Assistant will support all cyclical HR activity and provide administrative support to the HRBP's and directly to employees in the business. You would be responsible for onboarding, coordinating training, support year-end such as appraisal and salary review processes, manage employee data, ad-hoc projects etc.

This is an opportunity to establish yourself in an exciting business and act as a go to person, helping to champion and build on HR's profile across the organization. It is a highly visible role and you will have exposure to senior people from day 1.

Candidates suitable will:

Have 2 years of experience working in HR administration

Have worked in a fast-paced environment preferably a medium to large company

Be self-motivated

Be adaptable and used to 'juggling' several priorities at one time
