Regional HR Business Partner
Covering a large geography across the north including Scotland, this job requires travel 4 days a week with regular overnight stays.
This experienced HR professional will work closely with Senior Managers, coaching and developing Management capability, Engagement, Recruitment, Managing Talent and reviewing current Succession Plans. You will also have exposure to managing company wide HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven HR experience at Business Partner or Senior Advisor level. The ability to be agile to plan your own diary to travel at short notice when required. You will have ideally worked strategically to drive people plans in a multi-site, fast-paced sector.
