Senior Reward Manager

My client, a leading global healthcare organisation have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team in London.

You will be working on an EMEA basis and will have a number of responsibilities including:

Designing and developing compensation and benefits programmes

Managing salary reviews and survey submissions

Working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting with the design of incentive plans

Managing benefit renewals

Working on a variety of reward projects throughout the year

This is an exciting time to be joining this organisation due to a recent merger and there are a number of harmonisation projects ongoing.

We are looking for someone with a strong compensation background who ideally also has experience working within benefits.
