Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a leading business who further to re-organisations at a senior level are seeking an Employee Engagement Partner to bring their engagement strategy to life. This is a newly created role and with it comes the opportunity to establish yourself as the go to person for engagement. This role reports directly into the senior leadership team and the successful candidate will be expected to influence at all levels, in order to be successful in this role.

About you
You will be a highly influential individual who has the ability to bring business strategy to life. Your primary focus will be empowering a diverse workforce of employees. You will be expected to use your knowledge, influence, and innovative ideas to guide the Executive Team and your HR colleagues. You will need to have first-hand experience of techniques that are accessible for all employees - you will need to be technically savvy and be able to make recommendations on investments in technology. You will be the face of engagement between managers and employees and will be expected to deliver forums and workshops to drive the strategy. Your challenge is to change perceptions and drive a change in culture, in a heavily hierarchical/unionised sector. Your strength of character and ability to influence at all levels will be key to be successful in this role.

About the role
As Employee Engagement Partner you will:
·Coach all levels of managers providing guidance and driving culture and behaviours in conjunction with HR colleagues - helping to drive a customer-focused culture
·Draw together, analyse and present complex data to review the impact of employee engagement initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment
·Feed into overall HR strategy by providing insights and sharing management information to form future company-wide decisions
·Own and develop an engaging onboarding program that is consistent across the business unit and be the key touch point for new management joiners
·Lead and develop engagement workshops and employee forums
·Drive continuous increases in employee participation in surveys or other measurement processes year on year
·Through close partnerships with the wider HR team, ensure two-way communication is embedded into ways of working to engage employees in conversation, allowing for continuous feedback
·Act as engagement lead on business unit key events e.g. management conferences, employee forums etc.


Salary and Benefits
·Salary is circa £50,000
·25 days holiday
·Final salary pension
·Oyster card - with 75% of TFL
·Free local and national travel (dependant on area)
