Leading UK Law firm are looking for a junior HR Advisor to join their team.

Your new role
You will join an HR team of 4 to provide HR support to the secretarial population. You will have a full generalist remit, supporting your client group across the full employee lifecycle. You will manage secretarial recruitment as well as taking responsibility for the trainee secretary scheme. You will process payroll in liaison with an outsourced provider. You will also lead the firms wellbeing programme and manage any ER issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an HR generalist with solid experience providing administrative HR support within the legal (or professional service) sector. You will have a sound working knowledge of payroll and recruitment processes and should have been involved with ER cases. You should have a keen interest in employee wellbeing and be eager to lead the firms wellbeing programme. Previous experience supporting a secretarial population would be an advantage.
What you'll get in return
Salary package of £33,00 - £35,000 plus benefits.
