Description

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will devise the development and provision of a comprehensive learning and development package across the organisation in line with the business requirements.


You will be responsible for the design and delivery of an innovative and truly blended learning strategy, working alongside key stakeholders. The ambition is to drive efficiency of working practices and reporting through the organisations LMS, as well as ensuring that all employees are equipped with the right skills to succeed at the top of their abilities.


You will take ownership for the design of skills training sessions for employees at leadership and grassroots, support the internal mentorship programme as well as the induction programme. You should be familiar utilising evaluation tools such as psychometric tests and personality instruments, delivering feedback , as well as providing guidance to staff.

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will also be responsible for IT training.

Profile

To be the successful Learning & Development Manager, you will be a proven Learning & Development specialist with the ability to design and deliver learning packages to suit people from all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

You will an astute comminicator to be able to engage and influence with the most challenging of stakeholders. You will also have proven experience from within a professional services background and have proven ability to evaluate and develop an LMS.

You will need to be knowledgeable and experienced in the delivery of Digital Learning.

Job Offer

This role is paying circa £45,000 per annum and potentially more (dependant upon experience), including a performance related bonus and benefits.
