Reward Project Consultant

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a high-profile global consultancy firm based in London. They are looking for a Reward Consultant to join on a 3 month project basis.

This role will report to the Head of HR and act as the Reward SME on a global incentive project. You will lead on the incentive planning and redesign globally across the back office and sales functions in redesigning four different incentive plans.

You will need to interpret legacy data within the organisation as well as working with external consultants in relation to market data. Whilst you will liaise with external consultants this role will be responsible for the delivery of the project.

This position requires a candidate who is agile and able to work in an automous environment. Strong Excel skills (advanced) and experience of data modelling is a must.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working as part of a reward function with exposure to incentive planning and redesign

Show advanced use of Excel

Project management experience
