Job Details
A financial services organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a Reward Manager to join them on 12 month contract. Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will take ownership and be the "go to" for all compensation matters.
- Project manage the annual Compensation Review and bonus processes in partnership with the business entities
- and HRBPs
- Provide hands on support to the businesses during the annual Compensation Review
- Provide support to the Compensation Review approval processes including approvals by divisional CEOs, Group
- CEO and the Remuneration Committee
- Monitor and review reward and benefit practices in line with the firm's strategy
- Coach HR business partners on compensation best practice as required
- Proven experience of the running and management of a Compensation review
- Excellent knowledge of Compensation principles and best practices
- Experience of using Market Data and survey systems such as Willis Towers Watson
- Advanced Excel skills
