HR Administrator£100 - £120 per day Global Asset Management FirmCentral LondonImmediate start I am recruiting for a 3-month HR Administrator opportunity for a Global Asset Management Firm based in Central London. This role involves supporting the HRBP & Head of HR with various fast paced administrational tasks throughout UK & Europe. Responsibilities:Monthly payroll submissionBenefits administration and reporting across UK and EuropeAssist with SMCR administration and regulatory requirements, general inquires and updates to the FCARecruitment administration: arrange interviews and meetings; liaise with recruiters; prepare contracts and offer pack documentations; arrange inductionsData/Reporting: Update employee data and prepare both ad hox and monthly reports as requiredGeneral Administration: prepare references; filling; monitor probation dates and set up probation meetings; diary managementInvoices (processing/checking HR and Legal invoices)Support to the Head of HR, Europe and HR Business Partner where required Skills:Strong PC literacy including Microsoft OfficeGood interpersonal and communication skillsDrive, ability to work under pressureExcellent team playerBasic mathematical skillsCuriosity about the asset management business and how HR can help deliver business goals
