HR business partner needed for exciting 12-18 month fixed term contract based just outside of Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent job opportunity for an experienced HR business partner to join a fast paced, global manufacturing/ engineering organisation on a fixed term contract. The organisation is based just outside of Milton Keynes and looking for a confident member of staff to join the team at the end of July.
Your new role
This job role is a 12-18 month fixed term contract which will be reporting to the senior HR manager. You'll be responsible for embedding the HR strategy as part of a team. You will also be responsible for succession planning, talent management and embedding people plans. You'll partner with partnering managers to support with results from the employee engagement survey, managing all ER cases from end to end dealing with any restructures and assisting with the recruitment process.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a HR business partner, and must have experience of dealing with succession planning. The organisation are looking for someone ideally to start at the end of July.

The role is to last for 12-18 months to cover a maternity leave and will offer 38,000 - 42,000.
