Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading company in their search for a HR Coordinator to be based in Leeds.

HR Coordinator / Leeds / Up to £23k / Permanent

This role will be reporting directly into the HR Manager and will be looking at all the operational duties within the business and supporting the wider team.

Key duties include but not limited to;

·ER case management.
·Working closely with managers and advising them through HR queries.
·Reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
·Have an active involvement in Recruitment.

We are looking for;

·Ideally level 5 CIPDCIPD qualified or gained relevant experience.
·Exposure to working ER cases such as disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
·Previous experience working closely with line managers and guiding them through HR queries.
·Experience in a fast paced sector, ideally manufacturing.
