Job Details
Oakleaf are partnering with a well-known British brand to hire a Recruitment Assessment specialist. This role recommends and designs creative, appropriate, cost-effective and practical online and face-to-face assessment solutions for recruitment campaigns, covering both experienced hire and high-volume campaigns. The role holder will perform statistical analyses on a wide range of roles to identify where improvements can be made to assessments and develop of assessment toolkits to enable the right selection decision to be made by the business.
Principal accountabilities include;
- Define assessment strategy and then select and/or design appropriate, high quality, fit-for-purpose, timely and cost-effective assessments for a wide range of roles and levels
- Provide best practice advice on the selection and design of assessment methodology to the Resourcing team and related business areas, in consultation with in-house recruitment specialists and Line Managers in the business. This includes but is not limited to assessment objectivity, validity, reliability, fairness, reasonable adjustments and discrimination
- Select, deliver and interpret psychometric ability testing (both online and supervised) and personality profiles in accordance with the organisations guidelines as and when required by the business, providing interpretation to assessors and feedback to candidates where requested
- Support the training and upskilling of assessors
Candidates will have experience of designing interviews using competency frameworks and significant exposure to selecting psychometric tests. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to design creative assessments for face to face assessments including those for senior positions.
