Reward and HR Systems Manager - up to £60,000

A leading organisation is currently looking for a Reward and HR systems manager to develop the compensation and benefits area for the business and evaluate the current HR system with a mind to potentially increase their capability over the next few years.

The candidate will have a very strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills and numeracy and amazing attention to detail. The candidate should have strong generalist reward exposure and at least an understanding of all the component parts of reward.

The candidate must have a desire and a capability to grow a reward function, as this role in time will develop into the head of reward and HR systems.

A strong balance will be required between HR Systems & Reward.
