Description

The key responsibility of this role is to manage the L&D team and to take full responsibility for the learning function across the organisation, driving strategy, training and design a new management development programme.

Reporting directly into the HR Director, you would manage the L&D budget and apprenticeship levy.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong L&D background, ideally having managed teams and will have strong previous experience of of design, implementation and execution of management development programmes.

Care or NHS experience is essential.

Culture fit is key and someone who is values driven and understands the purpose of the organisation is essential.

Job Offer

Depending on experience, £35,500 - £38,000 + benefits.
