Your new company
Our Retail client is recruiting for Employee Experience Manager for their Head Office in South London. This £100 million turnover company is offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to work for an innovative environment.

Your new role
As part of your new role you will be line managing a team of 3 recruitment professionals as well as managing the employee life cycle from start to end. You will be head of recruitment for all Head Office and Store Manager level staff nationwide.

The HR team are really invested in their brand and is looking for a HR professional to come in and really invest their time in developing the brand further.

You will also be responsible for all employee engagement strategies and implementing them into their head office and stores.

What you'll need to succeed
As part of your new role you will need to have extensive experience within a senior recruitment position and have experience of working on implementing culture change and employee engagement strategies. They are looking for a fun and vibrant individual to join their Head Office HR Team.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £70,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
