My Client, a fast growing global organisation based in Oxfordshire, are looking for a talented, values driven individual to join up with their growing reward team. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward manager to take that next step and gain some global exposure, all whilst learning from a highly talented and driven HR Director.

 


Role responsibilities:
* US experience preferred
* Working closely with the HR leadership team on developing the Reward offering.
* Working with the growing HR team to develop and implement a Reward offering that will drive performance and make a real differance to its employees.

Background/Experience required:
* Senior Reward Manager experiemnce within a medium to small sized company, enabling them the ability to think on their feet and make quick decisions.
* Broad Reward expertise, preferable experience within a Private Equity backed organisation.
* Experience in dealing with senior individuals across the wider business.
