The HR Advisor position is a standalone role, providing a comprehensive generalist HR service to the business. Key responsibilities will include providing support with employee relations, recruitment, training & development, reward and performance management. The HR Advisor will also be responsible for the the development and implementation of employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor who is qualified to CIPD Level 3 as a minimum. It is essential that candidates will be able to demonstrate broad generalist experience.
