The HR Data Specialist will be working alongside another mapping specialist from an HR background. Whilst it would be beneficial to have someone from an HR environment, we are happy to look at people from different industries, who have ADVANCED competency in Microsoft Visio.

The key responsibilities of this HR Data Specialist include but are not limited to:
Profile
HR Process Mapping Specialist (Visio) - Rickmansworth - Construction
The successful candidate MUST have prior experience in process mapping and development of business process documentation. As well as this, they need:
* Advanced competency in Microsoft Word, in particular Visio, Word and Excel
* An additional bonus would be if a candidate is able to import data from Excel into Visio
* Highly organised with an ability to effectively plan, set priorities and manage several projects simultaneously
* Inquisitive, detail orientated, able to filter the right information and be solution focused
* High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate at all levels within the organisation
* Excellent business writing skills (grammar, punctuation etc. etc.)
Desirable:
* Good working knowledge of HR processes and practices
* Experience of working in an HR Shared Service environment
* CIPD qualified or working towards
