This will be an E.R-focused position with the successful candidate providing essential support and guidance to multiple business stakeholders

Description

In a busy and varied HR Advisor position in Bradford, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Providing advice and guidance online and by telephone across the full spectrum of ER issues
  • Proactively managing ER cases, ensuring that key interventions, such as suspensions, are kept to a minimum and other case management events are progressed efficiently
  • Providing HR advice in line with client-specific service level agreements and business rules
  • Acting as a mentor or escalation point to our HR Assistants and HR Advisers

Profile

HR or people management experience having had exposure to complex ER issues

  • CIPD, legal or people related qualification is desirable
  • Experience in the application of company HR policy and procedures
  • Ability to organise and prioritise caseload within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a calm and professional approach to sensitive people issues

Job Offer
