Contract Occupational Health Manager -
Our client a leading employer in the North West is looking for a Contract Occupational Health Manager to head up their Nurse Led Occupational Health Team.
This role will be a mixture of Staff Management, HR & Management Communication as well as ensuring the Occupational Health Service is quality driven.
On a Day to Day basis you will:
-Be PoC for Occupational Health Staff needing help, Advice and support
-Be PoC for HR and Management
-Ensure quality of work undertaken
-Mentor for new members of the team
-Promote a team working environment
-Look at ways to improve the OH Department
-Engagement with wider working community and promoting Occupational Health
-Health Promotion and Education Campaigns
This role is a challenging yet rewarding Contract position that has the potential to go on for a long time.
