Head of Communications - media

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Communications to join a dynamic global media brand based in London. The Head of Communications will be responsible for connecting the organisation's mission and values to the culture and deliver my client's external and internal communications.

Key responsibilities & skills required:

The successful candidate will be an experienced senior communications professional with particular experience of managing digital platforms. You will be a strategic thinker with a forward thinking approach and have exceptional relationship building skills.

Develop and implement communication strategies in alignment with business strategies and brand objectives

Design strategic communication plans that advance brand awareness and positive sentiment in key markets

Identify emerging issues and challenges that are facing the business and collaborate with the organisation to implement solutions while managing reputation

Extensive experience working as a senior communications specialist within a complex, fast-moving and ambiguous environment

Ability to write in a variety of styles that is consistently engaging, accurate and impactful

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong project and budget management skills.

Exceptional networking skills and the ability to influence others to make things happen.
