We have been retained to help our client find a Head of Learning & Organisational Development to join their HR team in Bristol, and build out a team to help evolve their proposition.

This opportunity will offer accountability for defining, designing and bringing to life a modernised, proactive and highly valued OD and Learning strategy that will support both colleague and organisational success. Priorities most certainly will include; cultural performance optimisation, leadership development, strategic overview of accredited learning programs and apprenticeship strategy, and employee engagement.

We are looking for a specialist who can demonstrate experience of building and evolving a substantial Learning and OD proposition; effectively planning and organising OD activities to support structural and cultural change, designing and delivering business wide change management programmes, and providing best-in-class leadership development solutions.

Working within an organisation to build close partnerships with internal and external parties will have enabled you to receive, understand and convey ideas and information clearly and accurately, formulate strategy, and influence outcomes.
