Medical HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager - Medical
Salary: £35,700
Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover

Ashley Kate are currently working with a leading healthcare provider on their search for a HR Manager based in Nottingham. This is a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave, lasting around 12 months but an immediate start would be preferred.

We are looking for someone who has experience in dealing with Generalist HR, who also has line manager experience.

You will need to be confident in managing the stakeholder engagement piece, hit the ground running and not be afraid to push back.


Main Duties
·Working closely with the Head Of HR - in planning, reviewing and developing HR Strategies.
·Lead and contribute to innovative recruitment to ensure a fully resourced medical workforce
·Providing support and advising the different business decisions on all things HR
·Lead and coordinate on HR Projects
·Employee Relations: performance management...
·Aid in Recruitment and Retention
·Line Manage a team of 4 and a wider team of around 12


We are looking for
·Previous NHS experience or experience working within the healthcare sector is essential.
·Previous experience in a similar management position.
·Experience working closely with the wider business to support and advise on best practice
·Excellent knowledge of a broad range of ER issues and the ability to advise on these issues
