Join my financial services client in Edinburgh for a project role to review the OD / L&D strategy across the business. You'll also manage the team and oversee the key deliverables and OD interventions.

A growing financial services business in Edinburgh keen to refocus their OD offering.

Description

The interim OD Manager will join the wider HR team to undertake a full review of all L&D and Organisational Development work across the business. This will involve reviewing the strategy, budgets, governance and L&D model, and finally making a business case of your recommended actions for the business going forward. The focus will be on organisation effectiveness and the regulatory requirements.

At the same time, you'll manage the existing team and oversee the delivery of cyclical OD activity. You'll also manage and deliver on any ad hoc projects identified by your review.

Profile

The successful Interim Organisational Design Manager will be a skilled OD professional with a deep knowledge of L&D. You'll be able to demonstrate good project management, influencing, communication and problem solving skills. The OD Manager will need to have previously managed a team, and be able to demonstrate success in developing an L&D strategy.
