Are you an experienced and successful Talent Acquistion Manager, looking for an exciting new challenge? Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this nationally recognised brand, to find such a talent!

 

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated TA Manager to support both technical and non-technical recruitment into the business. This organisation is fast paced, high achieving and have exacting standards - they're looking for another amazing talent to come on board and help continue their (award-winning) success!

You will ideally have a technical recruitment background, coupled with solid in-house / RPO experience but, the key is having storng man management, project management and stakeholder management skills, coupled with an absolute focus on direct hiring.

Suitable applicants will be well educated, with the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships both internally with (very) senior stakeholders and externally, with third party suppliers, have a good sense of humour, a professional demeanour and an outgoing personality.
