Interim HR Business Partner – 9 month FTC

Central London

£60,000 pro-rata plus completion bonus

A global, highly entrepreneurial, SME financial services firm is keen to secure the services of an experienced HR Business Partner to join their business for an initial 9 month contract….

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting into one of their Senior HR Business Partners, the post-holder will cover a full generalist remit, undertaking a range of operational, HR tasks & offering a ‘flexible' HR resource to the permanent HR team. These tasks will focus on:

• Employee Relations
• HR policy renewal & revision
• Handling & resolving performance & absence management issues
• Coaching & mentoring line managers, building up strong working relationships
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment processes
• Assisting the Snr HRBPs with ad-hoc HR projects
• Advising on FCA regulated processes i.e. GDPR, SMCR

Ultimately, the HRBP will work with collaboratively with the rest of the HR team (headcount of 5) to ensure all HR tasks are completed / resolved successfully – a candidate with a ‘can-do' and flexible approach to work is needed (i.e. someone who will not shy away from all levels and complexities of HR tasks), alongside availability to undertake a contract role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Experience of working in the financial services sector is a MUST i.e. industry specific legislation / regulatory understanding (i.e. FCA)
* Recent experience of operating at HRBP level
* Ideally exposure to working for BOTH a large, and a small, FS organisation i.e. knows what good HR looks like & can then tailor it for a smaller business
* Ambitious, ‘can-do' attitude
* Excellent employment law knowledge
* Availability to interview for & start a new role ASAP, alongside the ability to commit to a 9 month contract (completing bonus will be offered)
