Job Details
Our client is a multi-national manufacturing business who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to manage all HR activities at their site in Derbyshire. The role will be varied and ideally you will have experience in a similar industrial environment.
You will need to have up to date UK Employment Law knowledge and experience of change management, restructure and redundancy regulations.
You will also need to be flexible, have a calm and pragmatic approach and be available at short notice.
