HR Consultant

To work in partnership with leaders providing professional HR advice and supporting the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and change programmes.

Responsibilities

* Provides strategic HR advice on organisational change processes and all elements of the employee life-cycle.
* Coordination of collaboration with relevant Trade Union bodies on appropriate matters.
* Alignment at the interface between business and central HR functions.
* Support of Group wide HR initiatives, e.g. Diversity & Inclusion Plan, Talent Management/Reward Processes
* Ensure solution orientated and efficient/pragmatic alignment of processes and issues within the Group wide HR Business Partner Community

Essential
* CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
* Excellent all-round technical HR knowledge and experience within several disciplines
* Strong commercial acumen as well as business understanding and sector knowledge
* Ability to interpret and anticipate trends and identify risks
* Proactive attitude, coupled with ability to focus and prioritise in high workload periods.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence and negotiate.
* Strong team player, with ability to coach, support and direct others.
* Proven knowledge of companies HR organisation, policies, processes, systems and guideline.
* Experience Dealing with Trade Union forums

Desirable
* Experience in working within an international environment.
* Experience in project management.
