A leading City based Investment business is now looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join them asap in a newly created role. The recruitment team deliver high quality and diverse talent into the business at all levels from Analyst to Director. They are looking to move to a more proactive, business partnering model to keep abreast of business need and help them achieve their business goals via the supply of top quality staff. This role will be at the front of this. The successful candidate will take a specific business line with the business and will be the lead within that area. It will be a fast paced yet high touch, business partnering role that will require an individual that is at the top of their game yet also has a personable, hands on approach and is not fazed by "mucking in". The role itself will require candidates that have a mixed range of skills - previous financial services recruitment experience (inhouse , RPO or agency), strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrable experience of recruitment delivery, can work in an ambiguous environment, can do attitude, engaging personality and desire to succeed. This will be a great role for candidate's that are looking to join a role and team in which they can make a difference, make a contribution to its development and add value to the business as a whole.
