A multinational Law Firm are recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team. Based in The City, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):Providing administrative support to the Senior Learning & Development ManagerLiaising with all relevant staff and external trainers to schedule, organize and ensure the smooth running of internal and external training eventsManaging the inbox and responding to queries in a timely mannerScheduling training and organizing materialsLiaising with relevant employees to organize and manage practice group training schedules, seat rotation training and ad hoc trainingBooking rooms, sending out calendar invitations and ensuring equipment and room set-upSending out surveys to gather feedback following training sessions and collating resultsManaging new joiner and leaver processesLiaising with New York Learning & Development teamAssisting with Trainee induction week in terms of scheduling etc.Setting up video conferences and using available technology to record trainingKeeping LMS up to dateAd hoc project workAs the Learning & Development Administrator, you will possess:Motivated attitude and an interest in Learning & DevelopmentStrong computer skills including MS OfficeStrong admin and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityStrong communication skills both written and verbalIf this Learning & Development Administrator role is of interest, please apply directly.
