A multinational Law Firm are recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team. Based in The City, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Providing administrative support to the Senior Learning & Development Manager

Liaising with all relevant staff and external trainers to schedule, organize and ensure the smooth running of internal and external training events

Managing the inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner

Scheduling training and organizing materials

Liaising with relevant employees to organize and manage practice group training schedules, seat rotation training and ad hoc training

Booking rooms, sending out calendar invitations and ensuring equipment and room set-up

Sending out surveys to gather feedback following training sessions and collating results

Managing new joiner and leaver processes

Liaising with New York Learning & Development team

Assisting with Trainee induction week in terms of scheduling etc.

Setting up video conferences and using available technology to record training

Keeping LMS up to date

Ad hoc project work

As the Learning & Development Administrator, you will possess:

Motivated attitude and an interest in Learning & Development

Strong computer skills including MS Office

Strong admin and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
