A world leading law firm is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to join their team. Based in The City, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Scheduling the annual learning and development professional skills programme for the firm

Responding to business needs to design and deliver appropriate learning and development solutions

Designing and delivering a wide range of professional skills based learning and development courses, workshops and programmes

Designing and implementing communication plans to ensure learning and development initiatives are communicated appropriately

Identifying and evaluating the applicability of new learning and development interventions developed by other organisations

Evaluating learning and development programmes for effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements

Creating and producing reports from the learning management system

Liaising with relevant Heads of to scope and understand training needs

Managing specific programmes as required

Liaising with external training providers regarding courses and training interventions

Supporting Head of Learning & Development in developing training offering

Assisting with ad hoc projects as required

As Senior Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:

Strong academics, ideally to degree level

Proven track record of developing and implementing learning and development initiatives

Demonstrable experience of professional skills training design and delivery through a range of delivery options

Strong project management skills
