Job Details
A world leading law firm is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to join their team. Based in The City, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Scheduling the annual learning and development professional skills programme for the firmResponding to business needs to design and deliver appropriate learning and development solutionsDesigning and delivering a wide range of professional skills based learning and development courses, workshops and programmesDesigning and implementing communication plans to ensure learning and development initiatives are communicated appropriatelyIdentifying and evaluating the applicability of new learning and development interventions developed by other organisationsEvaluating learning and development programmes for effectiveness and making recommendations for improvementsCreating and producing reports from the learning management systemLiaising with relevant Heads of to scope and understand training needsManaging specific programmes as requiredLiaising with external training providers regarding courses and training interventionsSupporting Head of Learning & Development in developing training offeringAssisting with ad hoc projects as requiredAs Senior Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:Strong academics, ideally to degree levelProven track record of developing and implementing learning and development initiativesDemonstrable experience of professional skills training design and delivery through a range of delivery optionsStrong project management skillsIf this Senior Learning & Development Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
