Temporary HRSS Assistant - Part time

A temporary part time HRSS Assistant job in Weybridge paying £25K pa FTE in a high volume team for 9 months.

Your new company
A globally recognised FMCG business in Weybridge. Due to maternity cover, a part time (22.5 hours) HRSS Assistant is required for a period of 9 months.

Your new role
As part of a large shared service function, you will be responsible for managing incoming queries for general HR, answering and escalating as appropriate. You will support first line, on-boarding, contracts, compliance and referencing. You will be responsible for inputting people data into SAP as well as EHS aspects like vehicle administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a fast paced HR environment with a highly adaptable mentality. Previous experience of SAP or Resourcelink is preferred, though not essential. You must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal as well as a great team player.
