***£45,000 HR Specialist***

Annapurna Recruitment is currently undergoing an exclusive search for a pharmaceutical organisation based in West London for a HR specialist.

My client are searching for a candidate with a strong understanding of payroll, to be able to successfully manage relationships with vendors and manage internal payroll matters ismultaneously. The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with senior business partners on complex HR projects.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable background working on successful HR projects.
  • Strong administrative skills inc. Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Upbeat and enthuasiastic character to be ready to fit in to the dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Evidently strong knowledge of payroll systems and process.

Desireable skills:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Strong background in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in a business partnering position.
