Recruitment & Learning CoordinatorReal Estate Investment Management£35,000 - £40,0006-month FTC - PermCity of London My client is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment & Learning Coordinator to join their HR team. The Recruitment & Learning Coordinator will partner with the Talent Acquisition and L&D to provide support to recruitment, onboarding and L&D activities for a client group of 350. Responsibilities:Point of contact for hiring managers; providing guidance on the hiring approvals process to ensure vacancy approval and governance process is followedReviewing and assessing candidate applications including research, mapping, shortlisting and initial screeningManage the recruitment for temps, junior to mid-level vacanciesProactively work with colleagues to share best practice and to maximize efficiencies wherever possibleAssist with the implementation of the ATSCoordinating internal and external training eventsMonitoring and management of the training database Skills:Experience in supporting a busy recruitment team, ideally within Financial / Professional servicesStrong Microsoft Office skillsEnjoy having autonomy and taking responsibility for deliverablesDetail focused, able to effectively and efficiently process materials and tasks / actionsStrong work ethic & can-do attitudeExcellent communication and inter-personal skills
