HR / Payroll Administrator

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a global media giant on their search for a HR & Payroll Administrator in Peterborough.

This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract, but has high potential to go permanent.

You will be part of a central HR function so will have support from the wider HR team.


Responsibilities (not conclusive)

Payroll
·Input all data to include starters, leavers, promotions, salary changes, cost centre changes etc...
·Input adhoc variable data
·Calculate gross value of holiday pay, unpaid leave and KIT days - using salary calculator
·Producing letters for employees
·Producing data on long term sickness

HR
·Maintain the CRM system
·Update trackers
·Producing adhoc reports
·Note taking: disciplinary, grievance and consultation meetings
·Correspondence: offer letters, contracts etc...
·Recruitment: advertising, utilising social media and job boards
·General admin duties
·Being the point of contact for HR queries
