A financial services company based in the city are looking to bring on board a Benefits Manager to assist on day to day operational management and annual/ ad hoc benefit and incentive projects.
The Benefits Manager will be responsibile for the awareness and engagement of benefits and incentive schemes.
A proactive thinker, you will help drive internal communications around promoting the benefits and incentives offering within the business.
The Benefits Manager will also be tasked with general governance of company incentives, whilst managing the benefits and providing administrative cover.
The candidate will ensure that incentives and benefits data is correctly processed via payroll.
Other responsibilities will involve ad hoc job evaluation and benchmarking, as well as Reward initiatives.
