Job Details
A HR Business partner role, partnering with senior teams across legal and strategy area of the business.
previous experience in a business partnering model is preferred as you will need to leverage the knowlege and sills of specialist functions to deliver the annual cycle.
As a result of recent changes in the organisation there will be a number of ER case loads to pick up and resolve from day one, so you should be confident with your ER experience and knowledge in this unionised/ very commercial environment
