An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German speaking interim HRBP. Working for this innovative, global IT company, you will be responsible for partnering with leadership teams and senior managers across Northern/Central Europe, UK&I. Your remit is to establish and develop first class HR support and advice. You will also take full responsibility for the wider HR team across EMEA.

Location: London or Munich

Accountabilities include:

  • Implementing and executing HR programmes and initiatives including Annual Comp reviews and Talent Reviews
  • Coaching, supporting and guiding managers in relation to HR polices
  • Partnering with your stakeholders in regards to ER issues, complex legal cases and exit processes
  • Assisting Talent Acquisition with identifying and attracting the best talent, in line with company objectives
  • Working closely with the wider HR teams, Centre of Excellence, HR Ops and the Global HRBP's

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of business partnering in an international matrix organisation
  • Must be fluent in German
  • Experience of providing HR support across UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Nordics is a distinct advantage
  • Demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong UK Employment law knowledge is essential and must have hands on experience of managing a broad range of employee relation issues at all levels
  • Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and influencing different business areas and management levels
  • Must be happy to travel
