HR Planning and Compliance ManagerFinancial ServicesCentral BirminghamPermanent - salary upto £70,000 Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a HR Planning and Compliance Manager to join a financial services business based in central Birmingham.We are looking for an individual who has experience liaising with regulators, experience in liaising with senior stakeholders on policy and compliance and working across multiple business areas. This role sits in a successful HR team and you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance and planning for the HR team and the main point of contact for compliance and risk management in their work with HR. We are looking for experience in the following: Proven experience in maintaining policy and procedure documents on behalf of the planning teamOversee planning for committees and steering groupsPrepare papers as required for renumeration committeesManage , track and oversee planning budgetEnsure the team is aware of all relevant company and regulatory requirementsManage and deliver processes in support of Remuneration and nomination committees annual agenda planners We are looking for an individual who has strong regulatory experience and has prior responsibility facilitating all governance and regulatory activities.
