Our client, an established and developing manufacturing business based in Huntingdon, is looking for a new HR Manager!
You will have worked in a stand-alone, hands-on HR role ideally in a fast-paced, performance driven, manufacturing environment and have been responsible for providing full end-to-end generalist HR support.
This role reports to the MD and is part of the leadership team coaching and supporting on HR issues at a strategic level and driving positive cultural change and HR initiatives including the embedding of behaviours.
It requires good HR advisory skills and strong employee relations knowledge and experience together with an understanding of the usefulness of analysing data to make meaningful decisions.
MCIPD qualification would be ideal but of more importance is strong HR generalist experience, a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, first class interpersonal skills and ambition.
