Job Details
This is a standalone role overseeing the whole HR function with full autonomy to make and grow the department over time. You will work extensively with other departments to drive to HR function. It is a full time, permanent role.

My client are a logistics company in North Kent.
Description
- Cover the whole employee lifecycle
- Implement policies and procedures in line with the business
- Oversee the recruitment process, advising on remuneration and guiding line managers
- Manage HR projects when required
- Maintain all employee records
- Manage HR reporting
- Design and deliver training when applicable (inductions, policies, procedures)
- Other adhoc duties when required
Profile
- You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified
- You will have previous experience managing a HR function in a standalone position
- Experience working in a similar environment
Job Offer
- £35,000-£40,000 per annum basic salary (depending on experience)
