Office Support Co-ordinator
Located in our loft style, central offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team in a key role to support the Company Directors and the wider team.
we pride ourselves on our service and exceptional staff retention, this role will have broad ranging and varied responsibilities to support all aspects of the business support functions.
You will enjoy working with trust and autonomy in a role that will give you exposure to all aspects of business and Office support.

You will actively market and promote the company on our social media platforms. FB, Linkedin, Twitter. We are active sponsors of local charity events, including Bristol Sport, dedicate trees for all our placements with the Forest of Avon, and understand the importance of actively promoting ourselves across all available marketing channels.
You will co-ordinate accounts activity on a weekly basis, working with one of the Directors to issue and follow up invoices.
You will co-ordinate and sign off compliance for consultants placements and will ensure all elements are recorded within our systems.
You will manage the office facilities, and be the go to person for all questions.
You will seek out opportunities to make improvements to all processes and will be actively encouraged to contribute to this on gong growth and development.
