Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this entrepreneurial brand based in the West Country with offices across the globe, to recruit a talented HR Director on a permanent basis.

 

The business is entering a new phase and you will be instrumental in putting the people agenda at the very heart of the business.

We are looking for an inspirational and motivated People Leader who can / has operated at the top level within a global organisation in high growth mode. You will currently be identified as high potential talent within your current role / organisation and will present a first-class image of the people agenda, one that differentiates the services offered from those of the competitors. You will be able to influence the organisation by raising the profile of HR, working with the Exec to build the foundations to move the business and its people into this next and future critical stages.

If you are of high potential calibre and looking for a challenge within a business that will look and feel very different in the next 3-5 years and are either already living in the West of the UK / are prepared to relocate, we are keen to hear from you.
